Each Sally Pray piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
 

Due to the high volume of orders and the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow approximately up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping preparation before your order is sent.

We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each piece to ensure it arrives beautifully packaged and in perfect condition.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are not included in the item price and will be added once shipping costs have been determined based on:

• Package size and weight

• Shipping destination

• Carrier rates
   

Customers will be contacted with the shipping cost prior to final payment, if applicable.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

• USPS

• UPS

• Other reliable shipping providers, depending on destination and package requirements

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.
 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you work with the shipping carrier.
