Because many of our designs are one-of-a-kind or handcrafted, all sales are generally considered final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Requests related to damaged items, shipping concerns, or order issues should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
Custom, personalized, or special-order items may not be eligible for return or refund.
If a return or exchange is approved, items must be returned in original condition.
